"Solar do Embaixador" is a family restaurant, run by the Brazilian Oliveira family.

Cesar, the younger brother, receives customers always with a sincere smile and an excellent service.

Serginho, the older brother, a professional cook specialized in Brazilian cuisine and specially Brazilian northeast flavors, hence his specialties "Fish Moqueca" and "Shrimp Moqueca", combines his professional knowledge with his traditional Portuguese cuisine experience.

The Mother, Dona Berta, is the foundation of the house, lending her very personal touch to the special desserts, namely the traditional "Coconut Manjar" and "Milk Pudim", adding her personal touch and house seasonings to all the house specials.
